Lucknowi Chikankari
Originating in Lucknow, India, Chikankari is a centuries-old embroidery tradition celebrated for its delicate handwork, intricate stitch vocabulary, and enduring craftsmanship. Today, it is practiced across a variety of fabrics including cotton, modal, linen, georgette, chiffon, chanderi, tissue silk, and silk blends.
At Fiza Chikan, we work directly with artisans in Lucknow to bring authentic hand-embroidered Lucknowi Chikankari to Dubai and beyond, preserving traditional craftsmanship while presenting it through contemporary silhouettes and fabrics.
