  • How can I place an order?
    To add a new question go to app settings and press "Manage Questions" button. Once you have selected the product, (please ensure it is the correct size size chart link), share the link with us via WhatsApp on 00971 50 255 3992 along with your full name, delivery address, location pin and contact number. In case you prefer a certain delivery time, please let us know, we shall try to adhere to that time slot.
  • Do you provide international delivery?
    Yes, we do. For orders worth AED 1000 or more.
  • How can I pay for my order?
    For UAE Orders: You can choose to pay Cash on Delivery (COD), or via bank transfer. For International Orders: You can pay via bank transfer. For any further assistance, please feel free to connect with our Customer Support Team over WhatsApp or email.
  • When will I receive my order?
    For UAE orders, usually, you will receive it within 3 days time. For international orders, the number of days varies, depending on the country.
  • How do I track my order?

  • What do I do if I have an issue with my order?
    We want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchases at Fiza Chikan. If you wish to exchange or return the product, please read our Exchange & Return Policy link.
  • What are the Chikankari Garment Care instructions?
    The products sold by Fiza Chikan are made of various delicate silk and non-silk materials. Use of different threads and embellishment of gota patti, mukaish, beads, zari, etc., necessitate careful handling and storing to retain original appearance. We advise only dry cleaning of the all the dresses by professional dry-cleaners. Do not bleach, rub or wring the chikan garment. Do not hand wash or machine wash. Do not mix with other clothes. Application of direct extreme heat while ironing could cause damage to the fabric. Iron on the reverse side. Do not iron on the embellishments. How to store? It is preferable to roll the garment and then store it, wrapped in a clean, soft cloth, rather than folding it. We will not be responsible for any damage caused to the product due to wrong washing, ironing, handling, or storing.

DELIVERY & EXCHANGE POLICY

Delivery Terms

  • AED 20 delivery charges for orders below AED 200, across the UAE.

  • Free delivery across Dubai, for orders above AED 200.

  • The orders are delivered within 3 days of order confirmation.

  • Delivery charges and the number of days, for other countries, vary as per courier company terms.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) and online transfer are the two ways for payment. In case of COD, please keep the exact amount of cash ready for payment to the courier delivery person.

 

Exchange/Return Policy

  • In case the customer is not satisfied with the purchase for any reason, he/she can return the unused product, with an intact tag, in original packaging, within 4 days of receiving. Our staff will check and determine the condition of the returned goods before providing any refund. 

  • The cost of returning the product shall be borne by the customer. A shipping charge for AED 20 will be applicable, in case of return or exchange.

  • The customer may exchange the product with another of a similar price range or get a refund. It will take a maximum of 10 days to process the refund.

  • No exchange or refund is acceptable for a customized dress, as per the customer’s request.

  • No return or exchange is applicable for international orders.

  • Fiza Chikan reserves the right to cancel any order in case the products face quality issues, or in case of any unforeseen reason. You will be informed by our team if this happens.

  • Due to product limitations and hygiene reasons, lowers/bottoms cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Exchange for an item with another size is applicable only if the requested size is in stock. Please note that the exchange is allowed only once per order.

 

P.S.: We, at Fiza Chikan aim and do our best to ensure that our clients get the best possible chikankari dresses. If well cared for, each piece can last for decades to come and be handed down to the next generation, as a family heirloom. 

Each chikankari piece is made by experienced kaarigars(craftsmen) in Lucknow, who invest several weeks or months into each dress. Since these dresses are hand embroidered, they might not have perfect embroidery. There might be a loose thread at some place, for instance. So, we request you to remember that each Fiza Chikan piece has someone’s time and efforts invested in it, please be kind.

Secondly, the colour/shade of the chikankari dress might appear slightly different from the actual colour on your screen, depending on the device being used.
